This is the reference site of asmartcatalogue.

It is an open source script released under GPL license that allows to create web sites starting from a simple admin panel.
It can be used at least in three scenarios:

- in order to create multilanguage and multicurrency web catalogues. The merchant inserts photos, texts, codes, prices etc. of the products to be listed in the web site and the latters are displayed in the web site allowing sorting, search, etc.

- as a simple software e-commerce where the orders are posted through a simple request form in the product page. Discount and taxation functionalities can be used.

- it is also a valid multilanguage Content Management System (CMS) to manage pages/contents.

It requires ASP.NET 4.0/C# and Access to be installed on the server.

This software is intended for web site with low traffic (*) since it uses Access as database. Installation consists in the simple copy of all the files on the server.

(*) Access supports in teory up to 255 simultaneous connections.
